PERSONAL TRAINING
Training 1 on 1 produces a strong bond between trainer and client. The trainer will be able get to know the client on a more personal level able to noticed strength and weaknesses along with personality, ana an understanding of what the he or she enjoys most during their training.
Clients will also start to build a bond and trust with there coach, as a result look forward to there session instead of dreading them.
GROUP TRAINING
Stay pumped and motivated training with a partner or within a group, involves 2-5 people training in a station by station workout. Its been proven athletes stay motivated and workout harder when there partners are giving it there all as well.
Group training is a great full body workout consist of upper and lower body training along with cardio based movement, and core.
