           STRENGTH TRAINING
 
. A traditional style of training targeting 1 or 2 muscle groups to build, develope and strengthen a well rounded physqiue. 
 

 

            PLYO-METRICS TRAINING

 

. Explosive movement using your own body weight

  to burn fat, build speed, and endurance.

            CORE AND ABDOMINAL STRENGTHENING
 
. Isolated and fixed movements to strengthen the core along with toning and building an attractive mid section.
            CIRCUIT TRAINING
 
. A full body fat buring workout. Includes a mixture of plyos, strength training, and abdominal exercise all packed in to one great workout.

 

           FLEXIBLITY TRAINING
 
. . Targets all area's of the body lacking in flexibilty, train these area's to build more range of motion to prevent injury and perform exercise properly.
